Joshua started JDD Fitness during lockdown, coaching from his mum's garage before building it into a full facility on Maltby High Street. He holds a sports science degree and multiple Level 3 qualifications — but what sets him apart is that he competes in the same events he coaches for.

The Hybrid Method is built on real experience — what it actually takes to train, eat, recover, and perform on race day. Not theory. Not templates.
