Ignite Sessions

Our workouts are designed to help you achieve maximum results in minimal time. Whether it's bulking up, toning or just staying fit, our team will help you reach your goals.

JDD Fitness doesn't just offer individual sessions - we also provide team-based ones too! Our bootcamp sessions allow for friendly competition and camaraderie - perfect for those who need a bit of extra motivation to finish their workout.

We never do the same workout twice. We offer a mix of different exercises such as weight training, HIIT and running - ensuring that your body is always challenged and your mind is kept engaged.

Legs, Bums & Tums

Tone, shape, and strengthen your legs, bums and tums with JDD Fitness. Our Legs, Bums & Tums sessions are designed to target your lower body, midsection and core muscles with the perfect blend of exercises.

Boxercise

Our Boxercise class is the perfect blend of Shadowboxing, Padwork, Punchbag and cardio to help you achieve your fitness goals while having a great time!

JDD Fitness Boxercise is suitable for all ages and fitness levels - from beginner to expert. Our experienced trainers will help you get the most out of each session so that you can reach your fitness goals quickly. Open Gym

Our Open Gym Sessions provide you the ability to come and use the equipment at JDD Fitness but at your own leisure.

This is suitible for everyone regardless of what session you are wanting to do, whether this is a HITT session, Strength session, a combination of both or something else. We know being in a group session isnt for everyone, which is why we provide this session so that you can come and follow your own training program

Although you are training on your own, there is no concern that you are lifting incorrectly or are posing any risk to yourself, one of our instructors will be there on hand to provide any demonstrations or answer any questions that you may have.

Functional Fitness

Experience the heart-pounding intensity and camaraderie of Functional Fitness in our exhilarating sessions. Combining elements of weightlifting, CrossFit, Hyrox, and high-intensity interval training, fuctional workouts are designed to push your limits and challenge your body like never before. 

 

From Olympic lifts to bodyweight movements, each session is a test of strength and endurance providing different session plans and challenges each week.

KB Full Body

Our Kettlebell Full Body Blast is designed to target all aspects of your body in each workout meaning this is a fantastic session to get that full body workout. 

 

We educate and demonstrate how to perform different Kettlebell Exercises and incorporate this into many different session types including individual, Team and Game based. By using Kettlebell this can improve a range of areas including Strentgh, Power, Cardio Vascular and the Core which is another reason why it provides a great full body exercise.

 

Regardless if you regulary use Kettlebells or have never picked one up before, all exercises are demonstrated and explained putting you at ease.

Barbell Power Up

Superset and max lifts for maximum results. Our sessions incorporate max lifts to ensure maximum results. Our experienced trainers are here to guide and motivate you to push yourself beyond your limits.

Our group environment encourages team work and camaraderie, as well as providing support and motivation throughout each session. With open access to all our members, this is the perfect place to build your strength and lift your performance.

Our intense workouts incorporate high-intensity compound movements to help you burn more fat and build more muscle in less time, so you can get the most out of every session!

Join us for our Saturday Special, the highlight of the week and our most popular session! In just 30 minutes, we blend various elements from our timetable into a dynamic and exhilarating workout

This session is designed to target your entire body, incorporating strength training, cardio, and HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training). You'll experience a variety of session plans, engaging games, and both group and solo workouts to keep you challenged and motivated.
